Fujifilm X-T4 + Fuji XF50mm f/1.

So I finally got the Fujifilm X-T4 in along with my brand spanking new Fujifilm XF50mm f/1, CRAZY an f/1; I cannot wait to do what I do and put these to use! I know I’m a people shooter but I still like to go out and ‘test’ gear and shoot whatever nothing too crazy and do a ‘photo walk’ if you will around town.

It is crazy how smooth the bokeh is on photos made using this lens. There is an almost dreamlike quality to the lights about especially with really bright areas. When you use this lens say to photograph a mural on a wall there’s nothing really remarkable about it, I mean it is a sharp lens but that’s not where it really shows its stuff. It is in the images above and like the images below where it will really show its $1700 worth. In the next few days I will be testing this on what I really intended this lens for and why I bought it, people. I will show some of those photos in some future posts so maybe check back by the end of the week or after the weekend for that.
